Erica joined in October 2023. Erica has strong academic background in fashion design and visual communication. Previously, she had Diploma of Fashion Design and Bachelor of Visual Communication Design from Maranatha Christian University and Master of Design from Institut Teknologi Bandung. She is passionate about fashion design and illustration, sustainable fashion, fashion trend forecasting, textile and visual culture. Formerly, Erica had work experience in formal womenswear, product development and resort-wear brand before pursuing career in academic field. Resilient, proactive and cooperative define her personality. Challenge is an interesting thing for her and she believes that life is a continuous learning process.
